We accept referrals from all referral pathways.
If you are referred by an organization who we are not yet registered with, contact us with your referrers information and we'll take it from there.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS)
NDIS funding can cover your therapy sessions if you have an approved plan with relevant funding. We provide tailored sessions to help you achieve your NDIS goals. Contact us to discuss how we can work with your plan or help you in gaining NDIS funding.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Some workplaces offer confidential, short-term psychological support for employees facing personal or work-related challenges. Your workplace may already have a provider but may consider approving us as registered provider for your organization.
Defence Veterans Affairs (DVA)
You may be eligible for psychology sessions if you hold a DVA White or Gold Card. Eligibility typically applies to mental health conditions related to military service, with White Card holders requiring approval for specific conditions. No GP referral is needed for Gold Card holders, while White Card holders may need one. Sessions are fully funded, allowing veterans to access psychological support without out-of-pocket costs. Self Referral
You may wish to not have a GP involved in your care and attend sessions without a referral. You will not be elligible for sessions rebates through medicare but may be able to claim on your private health depending on the cover you hold. Check with your provider to see if they cover codes:
WorkCover/WorkSafe

Clients may be eligible for psychology sessions through WorkCover if they have a valid work-related injury claim that includes psychological support. A GP or psychiatrist referral is typically required, and sessions are funded under the claim, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for approved treatment. In instances where you are not accessing a rebate through Medicare, your private health may cover all or part of your session cost. Check with your provider to see if you are elligible and how much funding you can claim for psychology sessions. Your private health may ask for the item code that will show on your invoice.
